Frequently Asked Questions

An On-Demand is a one-way interview in which you, the candidate, are prompted to answer a series of preselected questions related to the position you are applying for. Before Candidate begins, you will have the opportunity to answer a practice question. Your response to the practice question will not be reviewed by the employer. When you’re ready, you can move on to the actual questionnaire.Once your questionnaire begins you will have an allotted amount of time to respond to prep for and answer each question. Once submitted, the questionnaire is sent to your potential employer for review. The On-Demand interview is a great way to speak above and beyond your resume and helps speed up the hiring process.
If you're on a network with a beefed up firewall, like a university, hotel, or work network, the firewall can interfere with the practice playback stream. We recommend switching over to a different web browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If the issue persists, it is most likely the firewall.Fortunately, this does not affect your recording in any way.As long as you can see yourself and the green audio bar moving up and down the right side when you speak, everything is recording properly! Even if you are unable to view your video playback, we recommend continuing with the questionnaire.
Typically, confirmation emails are sent virtually right away, though sometimes prospective employers have email settings in place that will cause a slight delay. If some time has gone by and you have not received a confirmation message, please check your Spam or Junk folders. Occasionally, these types of messages get flagged incorrectly as nuisance messages.
